Flat Roofs
Flat roofs require precise detailing to prevent pooling and leaks, especially around penetrations and parapets. We combine modern flat roofing techniques with traditional lead capping and ventilation to deliver completely watertight results.
When You Need Flat Roofs
Standing water pooling on your garage, dormer, or extension roof after rainfall. Internal ceiling dampness or bubbling plaster directly beneath a flat roof section. Cracked, blistered, or aged surface materials on an existing felt or single-ply roof. Renovating a domestic extension or commercial property requiring robust waterproofing.
How We Do It
We strip back failing roof membranes down to the deck to assess timber condition. We repair or replace any damaged decking and install correct insulation and ventilation paths. We lay the primary flat roof waterproofing system, integrating lead trims, upstands, and flashings. We complete a thorough water test and clean down the site before handover.
What to Expect
Most residential flat roof projects are completed within 2 to 4 days, depending on weather and structural preparation requirements.
